Our Story: Cascade Plates grew out of a classically-trained cook's journey through delis, banquets, and line kitchens — eventually slinging subs so stacked they slid into the Subduction theme. A nod to our mountains and the motion beneath us, our food aims to raise awareness while feeding folks well.
Our Ingredients: We source from Central Oregon farms, weekly markets, coastal seafood runs, and backyard growers when we can. From heirloom greens to briny pickles and the odd forest treat, it’s about flavor, freshness, and a little flexibility.
